How we work
We handle enquiries in the order they arrive. When a phone call makes sense, we call you back or arrange an appointment. To keep our work focused, we deliberately do without a public direct line and without a call centre.

Emergencies
Life-threatening situations, fires, major water damage: 112 (ambulance/fire brigade), 110 (police).
Address
Kirchweg 5, 34121 Kassel. Appointments by arrangement only. As we are often out in the field and some of our staff work part-time, we cannot offer spontaneous walk-in appointments.
Background
We handle all messages and matters in the order they arrive. If a phone call is helpful, we get in touch with you or arrange an appointment. Unplanned calls interrupt the processing of other matters and thereby delay the overall workflow. That is why we deliberately do without direct telephone availability and without a call centre.
